So after many years of laying dormant I’ve rebooted this nonsense.
Instead of part anger management / part laughing at the world about us I thought I would write about something I enjoy, there’s enough bleak anger out there. Something that you too may enjoy. Even if you don’t know it yet. Motorbikes.
I am not some guru who has been biking since they were in nappies, I am not sponsored by a TV channel or manufacturer to travel the world. No skimpily clad instagram posts to generate the clicks. I am in competition with no-one. Not so much as a free key ring here.
I just like riding. That’s it really. I find throwing a leg over and being able to explore fantastic. Sometimes with the love of my life, sometimes buddies, sometimes alone.
I like bikes of all shades from scooters to ridiculous overpowered engineers wet dreams. From ratbikes built in a garage overs brews from bits found in a skip, to bikes that are better described as art.
So it thought I would write a little. Maybe about bikes themselves. Maybe about gear that goes with them. Maybe about the places they take me. Maybe about the tea and cake I find on the way.
